Centara Hotels & Resorts has received reports of individuals falsely claiming to represent Centara and contacting guests via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
These individuals may refer to details of your upcoming stay and ask you to follow external links or disclose personal information. Please do not respond to or act upon such messages.
The safety and privacy of our guests remain our highest priority. Centara Hotels & Resorts does not request guests to confirm reservations, make payments or provide personal information through links sent via WhatsApp.
To help keep your information secure, please exercise caution and follow these recommendations:
❌ Do not click on suspicious or unsolicited links from unknown sources.
❌ Do not disclose personal, financial or credit card information to individuals or senders whose identities cannot be verified.
If you receive a suspicious message, please contact the hotel where your reservation was made directly through its official channels, or email [email protected] to verify its authenticity before taking any action.

โรงแรมและรีสอร์ทในเครือเซ็นทาราได้รับรายงานว่ามีบุคคลแอบอ้างเป็นตัวแทนของเซ็นทารา ติดต่อแขกผู้เข้าพักผ่าน WhatsApp และแพลตฟอร์มรับส่งข้อความอื่น ๆ
บุคคลดังกล่าวอาจอ้างถึงรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการเข้าพักที่กำลังจะมาถึงของท่าน พร้อมชักชวนให้คลิกลิงก์ภายนอกหรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โปรดอย่าดำเนินการตามข้อความดังกล่าวโดยเด็ดขาด
ความปลอดภัยและความเป็นส่วนตัวของแขกผู้เข้าพักคือสิ่งที่เราให้ความสำคัญสูงสุด ทั้งนี้ โรงแรมและรีสอร์ทในเครือเซ็นทาราไม่มีนโยบายขอให้แขกยืนยันการจอง ชำระเงิน หรือให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลผ่านลิงก์ที่ส่งทาง WhatsApp
เพื่อความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล โปรดใช้ความระมัดระวังและปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำดังต่อไปนี้
❌ ไม่คลิกลิงก์จากข้อความที่ไม่ทราบแหล่งที่มา
❌ ไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลทางการเงิน หรือข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตแก่บุคคลหรือผู้ส่งที่ไม่สามารถยืนยันตัวตนได้
