Introducing our (part-time) manager
Mr. Si Thong (Golden)!

No, he goes to sleep in other buildings

Sometimes, zero fluff is given from him.

Please note: our part-time managers are not allowed INSIDE guest rooms, because if they enter once, they may start demanding more benefits, better working conditions, and possibly ownership of the bed.

Also, all of our part-time managers are neighborhood cats, not officially ours.
So if you cannot find them, we cannot always tell you exactly where they are.

Please don’t test their systems by insulting, interrupting, or touching them while they are not in mood (walking away from you) they may give you “punishment,” and the result may not be pleasant.

But we do love them, and we try our best to support their daily allowance with food, cat snacks, and respect for their busy schedule.

We got 1-star review once....and here's what we learned.

Yes, we once got a 1 star review.
It came from a check in mistake that led to an uncomfortable situation late at night.

We sincerely regret that experience and reached out personally to apologize.

Still, it became an important lesson for us.
Our staff are now more careful with every room assignment, and we have added a doorbell so late night guests can contact us more easily whenever they need assistance 🔔🌙

We believe good hospitality is not about being perfect.
It is about taking responsibility and continuing to improve 🐾

Thinking of staying with us? Here are some quick answers to the questions guests ask most often! :

**Do you have a pool?**
Yes, we do. We have:
• Pool Access Rooms
• Pool View Rooms
• Standard Rooms in our main building

Pool rooms are limited, so we recommend booking early if you would like one.

**How far is Kata Beach?**
Kata Beach is about 15 minutes on foot, or around 4 minutes by car or motorbike. It’s only about 1 km away.

**What time is check-in and check-out?**
Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
Check-out is by 11:00 PM.

**Can I check in early?**
Yes, if your room is ready, early check-in is free. Just let us know your arrival time in advance.

**Can I check out late?**
Late check-out may be possible depending on availability, with a small extra charge. Please let us know before your check-out day.

**Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?**
Yes, of course. We offer free luggage storage.

**What if I arrive late at night?**
No problem. We offer easy late-night self check-in. Just send us your arrival time and we will provide simple instructions.

**Can I rent a motorbike nearby?**
Yes. There is a motorbike rental shop just a few steps from the guesthouse.
Please note: Thailand requires an International Driving Licence for motorbike rental.

**Do you have a washing machine?**
Yes, we have a coin washing machine on site.
You can also use our dryer for 40 THB, or hang your clothes on the balcony.

**What is included in my stay?**
Your stay includes:
