The number of tenants has dropped considerably due to covid 19. This makes it time for maintenance.
In recent months, all kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets have been painted. Repaired the damage to doors and skirting boards. The railing around the balcony, stairs and carport is painted black. The tiling on the balcony and the path around the pool have been cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner. and the roof of the arbor has been cleaned and the beams painted.
Now everything looks nice and fresh again.
And the rental is also picking up again.
