“ความฝัน” คำสั้น ๆ แต่ให้คำจำกัดความได้ยากเหลือเกิน สำหรับผมมันคือ สิ่งที่ทุกคนหวังอะไรสักอย่างไว้ในใจว่า สักวัน เราจะมีสิ่งนั้นมีสิ่งนี้ เราจะทำแบบนั้นจะทำแบบนี้ เราจะเป็นอย่างนั้นเป็นอย่างนี้ ไอ้สิ่งที่เราคาดหวังเหล่านี้จะเกิดขึ้น หรือเป็นจริงได้ ไม่ได้อยู่ที่ใคร ๆ แต่อยู่ที่ “ตัวเรา” ที่จะต้องมุ่งมั่น และลงมือทำ ทำ ทำ เท่านั้น
อีกครั้งกับการเดินทางมา “ระนอง” ในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ ผมได้มีโอกาสพบกับ สาวน้อยอีกคนหนึ่ง ซึ่งถ้าได้เจอน้องสาวคนนี้ตัวเป็น ๆ จะพบว่า รูปร่างของน้องไม่ได้น้อยตามตัวนะครับ อิอิ “น้องเตย” แห่งโตนเพชร กรีนเนอรี การ์เด้น นั่นเอง
ขณะที่เราได้พูดคุยกับน้องเตย สิ่งที่ผมสังเกตเห็นก็คือแววตาแห่งความมุ่งมั่น ที่ส่งเป็นประกายแวววาวและชัดเจน ยิ่งคุยถึงความฝันที่กลายเป็นจริงของเธอ เหมือนกับมันช่วยจุดประกายให้ตัวผมเองต้องตั้งใจกลับไปทำความฝันของตัวเองให้สำเร็จเสียที
ทำอะไรมาก่อน
“กำลังจะจบปริญญาตรีหล่ะ ก็คิดอยู่นานนะว่า จบแล้วจะทำอะไร ตัดสินใจทำงาน ทำในกรุงเทพ ทำมา ๑๒ ปี ต้องอดทนต่อมลภาวะทุกรูปแบบ อดทนต่อความวุ่นวาย รู้สึกเหนื่อยและหนักมาก”
จุดเปลี่ยนของชีวิตคืออะไร
วันหนึ่งกลับมาบ้านที่ระนอง...ตื่นนอนตอนเช้า ก็เดินเข้าไปในสวน เดินไปรอบ ๆ เดินวนอยู่ในนั้น เดินไปเดินมา และความคิดหนึ่งก็แว๊บบบบ ขึ้นมาในหัว “เอาว่ะ ที่นี่คือมรดกของวงศ์ตระกูล ฉันจะต้องทำมันให้ดีกว่าเดิมให้ได้” นั่นคือจุดเริ่มต้นของ “โตนเพชร กรีนเนอรี การ์เด้น”
น้องเตยเล่าว่า “เราเลยกลับมาดูว่า เรามีต้นทุนอะไรอยู่แล้วบ้าง สิ่งแรกที่พบคือมรดกที่พ่อทิ้งไว้ให้ นั่นคือที่ดินผืนนี้ สวนของเรา บ้านของเรา สิ่งที่สองคือมรดกที่ยายทำมันมาตลอดชีวิต นั่นคือ ความโด่งดังของร้านอาหารเจ๊เฮียง สิ่งที่สามคือความรักความผูกพันของคนในครอบครัว ที่เปิดใจรับเรากลับบ้าน พร้อมกับเปิดใจรับการแนวคิดที่เรากำลังจะทำมันขึ้นมา
เริ่มต้นจากอะไร
“เตยเริ่มจากมานั่งคิดตกผลึกว่าเราจะเริ่มอะไรก่อนดี นั่งคิด นั่งคุยกับใคร ๆ หลาย ๆ คนจนได้แนวคิดของในหลวงรัชกาลที่ ๙ คือเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และชอบแนวคิดของธรรมชาติบำบัด จึงเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ทำให้เกิด สวนเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงผสมผสานกับสวนบำบัด”
อะไรคือตัวตนที่แท้จริงของ โตนเพชร กรีนเนอรี่ การ์เด้น
“เราทำที่นี่ขึ้นมาไม่ได้ทำเพื่อใคร แต่เราทำเพื่อคนในครอบครัวเราทำสวนผักเพราะอยากให้ปู่ ย่า ตา ยาย พ่อ แม่ พี่ ๆ น้อง ๆ ลูกหลาน คนในครอบครัวได้กินอาหารดี ๆ ปลอดสารพิษ เราทำอาหารด้วยวัตถุดิบที่เราปลูกเอง เพราะอยากให้ทุกคนได้กินของอร่อยด้วยวัตถุดิบสด ๆ จากสวนของเรา เราปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมที่นี่เพราะอยากให้ครอบครัวอยู่ในบรรยากาศดี ๆ เมื่อทุกอย่างลงตัว เราอยู่ได้ เราพอเพียงเลี้ยงตัวเองได้ จึงเริ่มส่งต่อความที่มันดี ๆ เหล่านี้ไปให้กับคนอื่น ๆ เริ่มด้วยการเก็บผักขาย เปิดขายอาหารในสวน เปิดให้คนที่อยากพักผ่อนเข้ามาพัก หรือเข้ามาเยี่ยมชมจะเก็บผักเก็บผลไม้ก็สามารถทำได้เลย เราอยากให้ธรรมชาติช่วยบำบัดจิตใจผู้ที่มาเยี่ยมเยียนทุกคน”
โตนเพชร กรีนเนอรี่ การ์เด้น จึงเกิดขึ้นมาจากความฝันที่จะสืบสานมรดกของตระกูล เกิดเป็น “มรดกใหม่ทางธรรมชาติ ที่ได้รับการสืบทอดจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น และจะสืบต่อกาลเวลาไปตราบนาน”

Ton Phet Greenery Garden
New Natural Heritage Era.
"Dream" short words, but very difficult to give definition. For me, it was hopes in mind that one day we have had something that we wish to have. We will do something that we wish to do. As we talked to Toei. I touched something on her eyes. They were shining. We took a long time to talk and more talk of her dream why it come true. Her stories touched my heart and sparked me to review through my dream again, “why I still cannot achieve and success my dream.”
What to do first?
"Was I going to graduate? I took a long time for thinking of this. Finally, I decided to work in Bangkok for 12 years. In that period, I endured all pollution, faced of the marks in workplace and felt very and very tired in my life"
What is the turning point of life?

Ton Phet Greenery Garden was built for FAMILY. We grew vegetable, because we wanted everyone in family have a good Quality of Life - my grandparents, my mom, my brothers and my sisters, They have to get fresh food, non-toxic, we cook with fresh raw materials that we grew. Everyone hope to eat delicious dish with fresh ingredients from our garden, we built, renovated and created new atmosphere and environment here. Because we wished they must to get fresh every day. Someday, we found everythings enough for family life, we start thinking to spread and share these good things to others. Starting by collecting vegetables for sale, opening restaurant in the garden, welcoming people who want to visit or rest, picking up vegetables can be done too. We want people who visit here were therapy by nature also.
Ton Phet Greenery Garden is a dream that come true by a little girl that she drive her passion for making it happen. Today, "New Natural Heritage” was born and it will be passing from generation to generation.

How to go:
• From Ranong Airport, drive straight to Kapae District until pass Ratchagrood Intersection,
• Take 5 minutes from Ratchagrood Intersection. You will find the entrance to Ton Phet Waterfall on the left.
• Turn left and go straight for 800 meters, you will find Ton Phet Greenery Garden on the left. Parking is available at the parking area inside.
