The volunteers have been hard at work, making raised garden beds so that food can be grown on the compacted earth that is waiting to have a house built on it - it will be years until the house comes, so we may as well have tomatoes in the meanwhile!

Yesterday's excitement - one of the ducks got into the fish pond. This is a pond growing fish for food, so we can't have the ducks eating the little fish, or the fish food. Much chasing later, the duck was finally on the right side of the fence.
