The accommodation of this luxury villa is arranged over 2 floors, with three of the bedrooms having direct pool access. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a king-size four-poster bed, ample wardrobe space and a wall safe. Sliding double doors take you onto a spacious sun deck that has very recently been completely refurbished. The large en-suite bathroom has double basins, a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. Bedroom 2 (the blue room) has two large single beds (both 3.6'), cable TV and DVD player. Perfect for entertaining the kids after dinner, while you finish that bottle of wine and enjoy the cooler evening air. Bedroom 4 (the green room) has a queen-size bed and a small desk. Being at the end of the house, it offers a quiet place to answer all those important e-mails, provided of course you can keep your eyes off the view down the valley. Both of these bedrooms have direct access to the pool deck and share a generous family-sized bathroom. Bedroom 3 (the orange room) also has a queen-size bed, and benefits from its own en-suite shower room. This floor also houses a very spacious living/dining room. A large, Lloyd-Wright inspired dining table gives ample room for 10. The living area has a low level L shaped sofa, flat screen LCD TV, cable and home theatre. You will find a wide selection of DVD’s, CD’s and board games for all the family. An open-plan fully-fitted Western-style kitchen rounds out the accommodation on this floor. Outside there is a wide pool deck and an 8x4m infinity-edged pool with integral seat and whirlpool bath jets. Our roomy Sala and easy-to-use gas BBQ are perfect for that al fresco meal. Sun beds and parasols add to the laid back atmosphere. Downstairs is a self-contained 2 bedroom apartment, a games room (complete with pool table, gym equipment, sitting area, large flatscreen TV, and a toilet), a covered recreation area with table tennis and self-service laundry room. There is both private street access and stairs up to the pool deck and main house from this part of the villa. The newly renovated bedroom 6 now offers two large (3.6') single beds and a second living area, and comes complete with an en-suite bathroom.
