Coral Villa is a deluxe 8 bedroom family villa, located on the South-Western tip of the tropical island of Phuket. This luxury property offers 600sqm of indoor and outdoor living. It is set in a private development, situated in
a peaceful valley, offering private jungle and valley views. It is a tranquil environment for large groups or 2-3 families looking for ideal indoor and outdoor living. Most importantly, the villa is within easy walking distance (about 10 minutes) of Nai Harn lagoon and the stunning Nai Harn beach. With great attention to detail, Coral Villa is tastefully furnished with a mixture of solid teak beds and rich wooden furniture, stylish poly rattan outdoor furniture and huge comfortable sofas, complimented by Thai silks and artwork throughout. ACCOMMODATION:
The Villa’s accommodation comprises of 8 sumptuous bedrooms, all en-suite with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 5 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, 3 single beds (3.5'), 1 room with queen/single bunk beds and 1 sofa bed. The villa therefore comfortably accommodates 19 people. Upstairs, the master bedroom suite with king sized bed comes complete with walk-in wardrobes, wall safe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. Sliding double doors take you onto a private balcony with open jungle and valley views. A second bedroom containing two full single beds, is ideal for children who need to be close to their parents at night. The remaining 6 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 7 have king-size beds, with bedroom 3 including an extra single bed. All these bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and large en-suite bathrooms with a spacious walk-in shower or bath. Sliding double doors take you from some of these rooms directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 6 shares a large family bathroom with bedroom 5, and offers queen/single bunk beds (with a queen-size bed below and a single bed above, ideal for 3 guests). Finally, bedroom 8 has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Downstairs also boasts a large games room with pool table, dart board, running machine and cross trainer to keep guests entertained inside. Also downstairs is a second living room with 50” TV, DVD player and cable TV ideal for the children. Returning upstairs, you will find a private TV room with sofa bed and a large main living room, with ample seating to relax and watch the 50” flat screen television. The TV comes with a DVD player (with selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, plus an iPod docking station. Moving outside, you can relax on the under-cover balcony or dine at the 18-seater dining table while taking in the valley views. The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared. Outside there is a large sun terrace and landscaped gardens, complete with sunbeds to soak up the sun, leading to the large infinity-edged pool with integral whirlpool bath. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table for 8, plus ample additional seating, gas BBQ and fridge. This makes an ideal outside setting for evening BBQs and entertaining. Coral Villa also offers wireless internet access, and an office with desk and landline telephone for those people who cannot totally escape from work. FACILITIES:
