* Check-in 3:00 PM - Check-out 12:00 PM
* Moderate noise levels are permitted until 10:00 PM.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Smoking is prohibited inside the house building.
* Please wash dishes, bowls, and other kitchen utensils after use before check-out. (A cleaning service fee of 300-500 baht is required for cleaning.)
Payment Method
* A 50-60% deposit is required to reserve the house. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
* A 4,000 baht security deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit is refundable upon check-out.
* Once payment has been made, the reservation cannot be cancelled.
* Changes to the check-in date are permitted, but must be made 20-30 days prior to the check-in date.
