Perfect for families and friends, this stylish 4-bed property is located in Hin-Kong, with direct access to a quiet and family-friendly beach, close to some of the best restaurants on the island and with easy access to Thong Sala and the north west coast of the island.
The Beach House provides relaxed living accommodation designed around an infinity edge swimming pool, with sea views from every room and sun terraces from which you can enjoy glorious sunsets
The space
The Beach House comprises 3 floors of accommodation.
At Pool level, A large sun terrace surrounds the pool with easy access to additional indoor/outdoor sitting areas and large garden with direct access to the beach. From the pool terrace there is level access through large opening doors, to a living area with a Samsung smart TV and work space, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A small WC also services the Pool Area. Bedroom Suite 1, also on this level, comprises an air-conditioned bedroom with king-size bed, additional dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Suite 1 has direct access to the garden.
The Ground floor level comprises: entrance hallway and stairs to the Pool area and upper floor. Bedroom Suites 2 and 3 are on this level and comprise air-conditioned bedrooms both with king size beds, separate dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms. The bedroom to Suite 2 opens onto a large sun terrace and Suite 3 has a smaller, covered sun terrace for those enjoying a little more shade.
The Upper floor contains Bedroom Suite 4 which comprises an air-conditioned bedroom with a king size bed opening out onto a large south west-facing sun terrace, separate dressing area, small kitchenette, an extensive en-suite bathroom with direct access to another private sun terrace which has a large day bed for sun bathing. An additional shower/wc room is attached to the dressing area.
Also on site is the Owners apartment and store. Whilst guests do not have access to these areas, they are never occupied during rental periods and Guests have full privacy at the villa.
