ทุกต้นฤดูฝน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานีจะกลับมามีชีวิตชีวาอีกครั้ง กับ “เทศกาลแห่เทียนเข้าพรรษา” งานประเพณีที่สืบทอดมาอย่างยาวนาน และจัดได้ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย
ปีนี้จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 7–13 กรกฎาคม 2568 โดยมีไฮไลต์คือ ขบวนแห่เทียน วันที่ 10–11 กรกฎาคม ที่จะมีประติมากรรมเทียนขนาดยักษ์ เคลื่อนขบวนไปตามถนนใหญ่ พร้อมเสียงดนตรีไทยและการแสดงพื้นบ้านสุดตระการตา
เทศกาลนี้ไม่ใช่แค่การทำบุญ แต่เป็นการรวมพลังของศิลปิน ช่างฝีมือ และชาวอุบล ที่ร่วมกันเปลี่ยน “เทียน” ให้กลายเป็นงานศิลป์ระดับโลก ที่เต็มไปด้วยความศรัทธาและจินตนาการ

Every year at the beginning of Thailand’s rainy season, Ubon Ratchathani comes alive with its most iconic tradition — the Candle Festival, held in celebration of Buddhist Lent.
In 2025, the festival takes place from July 7 to 13, with the grand candle parade set for July 10 and 11. Towering wax sculptures — will glide through the city, accompanied by traditional music, dance, and local pride.
Rooted in ancient merit-making traditions, this festival has evolved beyond its religious origins into a showcase of extraordinary craftsmanship and creativity, making Ubon’s celebration unlike any other in Thailand...
