Welcome to Summer Rose Villas located on the residential peninsula of Kas! Our custom built villas are finely detailed in Mediterranean style and are surrounded by lovely, landscaped gardens. Each villa has an infinity pool with a magnificent view of the sea and the Greek Island of Meis. The neighborhood is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, the location is peaceful and private. Meditate, read, swim

or sun bathe for hours, or take a walk or jog along the loop road around the upper peninsula. Be sure to bring your camera – don’t miss the sunrise and sunset views from the spectacular vantage points along the entire route! A community path direct to the Mediterranean Sea for swimming and viewing the turquoise water is 100 meters from the villa. A variety of beaches and many other relaxing or adventurous activities are just minutes away in the picturesque town of Kas!
