On August 26, The Rabbit Hole joins restaurants around the world for Eat What You Want, Pay What You Can — a global day of hospitality. 🌿

At Olympos Mountain Lodge, our kitchen is shaped by where we are, by the seasons, and by the rhythm of the landscape around us. For us, food has always been about more than what arrives on the plate. It is about gathering, sharing, and spending time around the same table.

For one evening, we are opening that table a little wider.

On August 26, we will serve The Rabbit Hole tasting menu. At the end of dinner, you decide how much you would like to pay for the tasting menu.

The same kitchen.
The same table.
The same care.

Just a different way of paying, for one day.

So that more people can be part of the experience.

On August 26, from Beycik, we join restaurants across the world around one shared idea of hospitality.

Etkinliğimiz tek uzun masa konseptinde gerçekleştirilecektir. Kontenjanımız 20 kişi ile sınırlı olup yalnızca 18 yaş ve üstü katılımcılara açıktır.

W**e & Dine serilerimize bu sene geç de olsa başladık, ama ne de muhteşem başladık. Vinkara W**es nefis şaraplarını Alp Açık seçti ve anlattı, Mehmet Ali Börtücene de eşleşen yemek menüsünü hazırladı. Çıtır tostada üstü çiğ köfte tartare, umami arancini, orman baharatlı çıtır tavuk, levrek karpaçyo ve sütlaç konuklarımız arsında favori savaşı yaşadı. Kim kazandı belli olamadı 😍 öne çıkan eşleşme ise levrek karpaçyo ile kalecik karası blanc de noir oldu. Bir sonraki W**e & Dine'da görüşmek üzere!
