Club Sun Heaven and Cleopatra Beste Hotel joined the company in 2001. In 2004, the title for Sultan Pan Hotel was taken over and it was renamed as Aska Baran.
2008, superstructure title of Starliçe Hotel was taken over and it was renamed as Buse Resort. At the end of 2008 season, the company withdrew from operating Club Sun Heaven and took over the operation of Costa Hotel. was renamed as Aska A.Ş

In 2009, Justiniano Hotel started to be operated by Aska (it was renamed as Just In Beach a year after). In 2009, Club N hotel was purchased and it was renamed as Buket Resort & SPA. Yuvam Apart, which is right next to Aska Baran Hotel, was rented in 2010, renovated and started to be marketed as Baran Garden. In 2010, Aska started to operate Washington Resort Hotel. In the winter season of 2011, capacity of Buse Resort was increased. As of 2011, Aska Hotels have been delivering services with 8 facilities and 4216 beds.
