We welcome the cooler (~35°C!) days of autumn. It was a very hot summer around 40°C day after day. It was a challenge to run between the house and the cafe and the rooms under the sun. Hoping that all the vegetation will be even bigger next summer to provide more shade.

🐞🌻We are now more ecological than ever before!! We finally perfected the homemade dishwasher tablet recipe using only 4 ingredients. It's green, it's natural, has no smell of chemicals and it's very economical. It doesn't leave watermarks or stains. Yay!💃💃(We have been making our washing machine detergent from natural products for years, this is like the icing on the cake!)

Here is the recipe: Half a cup of lemon salt (citric acid), half a cup of coarse salt, 1 cup of bicarbonate of soda and a tablespoon of natural liquid dish soap. Mix everything well in a bowl and press into silicon ice cube trays. It will harden over night. We use 1 tablet in the compartment and 1/2 tablet loose in the machine. In addition, use coarse sea salt as a water softener, and diluted apple c***r vinegar as a rinse aid. Let me know the results.
