+ Meet our mysterious host, Mr. Cas… Our hotel takes its name from a mysterious gentleman who was thought to be living in Pera, known for his stylishness and his hospitality. Rumor has it that he has thrown glamorous parties at the Guney Palas building, entertaining esteemed guests. Paying exquisite attention to every detail of his receptions, he has been engraved in Istanbul’s memory with every trait from his taste in music, elegance and his delightful conversation. + A building living with history; Guney Palas(South Palace)… Beyoglu has an unmatched history… It is one of the landmarks of Istanbul’s long-standing past. Guney Palas (South Palace) is an important part of this shared history. It is a “timeless” building. Even though over a century has passed since its construction, it is still gorgeously sumptuous. + You are surrounded by history and entertainment… With its perfect location and Beyoglu – Istiklal Street’s unique atmosphere, Mr. Cas offers an unforgettable hotel experience… Facing Beyoglu’s one of the most ornate buildings of Istiklal, Cicek Pasaji and the ancient Balik Pazari, full of authentic stalls and shops, the moment you step out of the hotel you walk through the doors of history. You can experience the fun side of Istanbul with the historic Galatasaray Hammam, captivating streets of Cukurcuma Cezayir Sokagi(with its venues offering entertainment day and night) and Pera, one of Beyoglu’s most cherished districts. Taking the historical tram from the front of our hotel, you can ride into a brief historical journey. You have to make a stop at Masumiyet Muzesi(the Museum of Innocence)!
