Our Story

A beautiful villa in Dalyan Turkey available for holidays and special interest vacations

Villa Meliha was built in 2007 by Oruc constructions and designed by Kemal Aspinar. We were involved in the design process and the plans reflected our desire for plenty of light and space and to be able to enjoy the panoramic views of this unique area

The site was originally an orchard so we planted a variety of fruit trees around the garden to reflect this. We have a 10 metre pool with a round childrens’ paddling pool, a BBQ/open kitchen and kosk (shaded seated area with cushions) and pool loungers for 8. The surrounding area is orchards and farmland where pomegranates, lemons, oranges and cotton are grown. The villa is in Arakbasi just off the beach road near the village of Dalyan, Mugla SW Turkey.

The balcony overlooking the pool has 235+ degree breath-taking views of mountains and orchards. The upstairs open plan living room has windows on all sides with balconies so you have the warming early morning sun on the kitchen balcony for al fresco breakfasting and then the large poolside balcony is perfect for a sundowner/dining.
