For sculptor Ozan Ünal, Ozan Ünal inspiration is the beginning of the journey from intuition to form. Created for Perdue, this sculpture marks the beginning of an artistic legacy where every artist leaves a unique trace and becomes part of an evolving story.

A sculpture does not need words. Its posture, its movement, and sometimes its mere presence are enough. When form becomes the expression of the intuition that inspired it, the sculpture begins to speak.

Perdue hosted Chef Nights Under the Stars in June, welcoming 2024 Michelin Young Chef Award recipient Ulaş Durmaz to the heart of Faralya.

Known for his distinctive approach to contemporary Turkish cuisine, Ulaş chef brought his unique culinary perspective to Perdue.

Inspired by the ingredients, landscapes, and memories of the Aegean, he created an experience that celebrated simplicity, craftsmanship, and the joy of gathering around a shared table. Beneath the stars and surrounded by nature, each course reflected a deep connection to place, seasonality, and storytelling.

Chef Nights Under the Stars continues throughout the season, welcoming remarkable chefs whose distinctive culinary voices transform every gathering into a new story.

A magical beginning under the stars, right in the heart of nature…

We welcomed the new season of our “Chef Nights Under the Stars” series by hosting the founder of Neolokal, two-Michelin-starred Chef Maksut Aşkar, Maksut Askar in the warm atmosphere of Perdue.

Blending Anatolia’s rich culinary heritage with the vibrant ingredients of the Mediterranean, Chef Maksut created a menu specially crafted for the evening. Surrounded by the breathtaking nature of Faralya and tables set beneath the stars, our guests enjoyed a memorable night filled with remarkable flavors.

This enchanting night was only the beginning. “Chef Nights Under the Stars” will continue throughout the season, welcoming inspiring names from the culinary world and bringing new stories and remarkable flavors to Perdue each month.

We look forward to gathering around the table again, sharing new stories and discovering new flavors… 💫
