Adelya Cave Hotel is a small, owner-operated boutique hotel offering a unique cave experience with modern day comforts combined with old fashioned B&B style hospitality.

We are a small owner-operated hotel, with just 9 rooms (8 cave rooms and 1 traditional stone room).

Your hosts, Lisa (from New Zealand) and Deniz (a local Turk), will welcome you and do everything possible to make you feel at home.

Lisa worked for many years as an IT Project Manager before traveling solo for a year and half. During these travels, she came to Turkey, and in 2014, she decided to make Cappadocia her new home away from home. Lisa speaks English as well as a little Turkish and conversational Indonesian/Malay.
