Seventeen wonderful people gathered around one table, sharing laughter, memories, and another beautiful evening together. Many of them first met here years ago as strangers, and today they return as lifelong friends. Every summer, new faces join this special circle, adding even more love and unforgettable moments to the Moonlight family.

Seeing these friendships grow year after year reminds us why we do what we do. It’s never just about serving food or preparing a beautiful table. It’s about creating a place where people feel at home, where connections are made, and where memories last a lifetime.

A Special Celebration of Love 💙

At Moonlight Apartments, we recently had the honour of celebrating a truly special milestone.

15 years ago, Theresa & Mark Mellor said “I do” here with us. Now, 15 years later, they returned to the very same place to renew their wedding vows and celebrate their journey together.

It was a privilege to be part of both chapters of their love story and to help create another unforgettable memory.
