Bu nedenle Vallaury’nin tasarımları, batı ve doğu mimarlığının bir sentezi gibidir. Alexandre Vallaury’nin meslek yaşamının ilk yıllarında tasarladığı yapılarının büyük bir bölümü ve ’da bulunmaktadır. [...] Pera Palas Oteli, Osmanlı Bankası Genel Müdürlügü, Cercle d’Orient (Büyük Kulüp), Décugis Evi ve Union Française gibi yapılar bu dönemin ürünleridir. [...] Daha sonra ise, mimar çoğunlukla geleneksel Türk konut mimarlığının yeni yorumuna girişerek, en güzel ürünlerini verecektir.
