No°11 Apartments is an apartment hotel placed in the heart of the city; Pera. We restored a building from the early twenties and changed it into a fully serviced residence after a long renovation and reinforcement work. To introduce our guests to the real spirit of Pera, we kept most we could of the original structure of the building, like the marble stairs and original handrail, super-high ceilin
gs and the façade. We combined all those with natural materials like massive wood flooring, natural stone tiles, iron and glass. We collected antique furniture from the antique shops in Çukurcuma and recycled them with elegant fabrics and hand-made cushions. What you will see on our walls are the old photographs of traditional out-fits from all around Anatolia which gives the feeling of an art collection. Afterall, we matched all this antique feeling with the possibilities of new technologies; we have an energy saver heating and cooling system, generator, high-speed internet reachable from every step of the building and the elevator therefore our architects made a huge effort to place it without playing with the original structure of the building. Here in N°11 Apartments, we have 20 studio flats each equipped with a kitchenette, double bed, and living space. Last but not least our 21st apart which we do not hesitate to call it our star is a loft composed of 2 bedrooms and a living room including 20 sqm terrace where our guests can enjoy the rooftops of the old town. No11 Hotel & Apartments is a small family-run hotel where most important departments such as the breakfast, cleaning, and general management are held by women's attention and care of hospitality. Since 2019 No11 is investing in sustainability and adopted a new “Waste Reduction, Green Cleaning and Recycling Policy” incompatibility with international eco-labeling institutes in tourism & hospitality. And on July 2020 has been awarded a Green Key becoming the first small independent hotel with an international eco-label of Turkey. Amenities:
