Home Rules 1. I am taking one monthly price as a deposit . it is been refunded back when you are leaving the room. you can give the deposit with first or second rental fee together. 2.All bills are included the rental fee. But if your flat's (not your room) all invoicesses total amount over 400 Turkish lira, i am charging remian amount to all the flat renter. For example, in march if your total amount comes 480 turkish lira: first i calculate remain amont (phone number hidden) TL Each flat has 4 room, in order to find each room's charge price, i divided remain amount to room's count: 80/4=20 TL PS : up to today, susanna's flat (2nd floor) total amount couldnt get 400 TL limit. up to now they paid nothing extra. Upstair flat just 1 time get over (website hidden) was 460 TL 3.If you make a reservation before you move-in, could you send me 50 Eur reservation fee. it can be given via wire bank transfer,paypal ((email hidden)) or cash. That amount is gonna be deducted your first rental fee when you are move in. 4. it is allowed to smoke at balcony (website hidden) is not allowed to drink alcohol front of the building , balcony or staircase of the building. Of course it can be drunken inside of the flat or rooms. 6. some of your friend can visit or stay with you in someday Please let me know how many days s/he is going to stay. Each day is going to charged you as 10 eur. If s/he stays over 10 days in a month, you are going to be charged 100 eur extra. 7. If you want to do home party, you need to have a permission from other renters . it can be start after 8pm and finish 00.00 am. During the party all curtain must be closed. it is not allowed drug. 8. Fridge Usage put your belonging in a bag or packet and write your name and your check out date on it. If someone notice that a bag has a overdue check out date , s/he can use use your packet or thow it out to bin. 9. When you are in your room, please make sure that your curtain is closed. Sometimes some of your neighbour can get disturb. 10.when you move out 35eur is taken as cleaning fee 11. Please dont leave out your flat's or personel trash front of the flat's door. Leave them front of the building main door after 20.00. Dont forget put your trash into a bag and tie the bag before leave it out. 12. You can not use drug or kind of things in the flat. 13. In case of you need to move out before the end date on the agrement, full price is going to be charged. For example : let's imagine your movin- move out dates are 01.01.2015 - 15-06-2015 in the agreement. But you want to move out as of (phone number hidden) . In this case, still you are respansibe to pay the period between 01.05.2015 - 15.06.2015. (website hidden) case of you need to extend your move out date , It is going to be charged extended days' daily basis fee. In this case renter needs to inform the landlord before 10 days ago . The landlord is going accept or reject the extension request according to room's availability 15. The rooms can not be used for s*x trade
