Bugün, Giritli Assos’un ev sahipliğinde düzenlenen “Bir Sofra, Bir Bölge, Bin Hikâye” etkinliğinde; Assos ve Kazdağları’nın değerli üreticileri, şefleri ve gastronomi tutkunlarıyla aynı sofrayı paylaşmanın mutluluğunu yaşadık.
Yerel üretimin, emeğin ve bu coğrafyanın zengin mutfak kültürünün bir araya geldiği bu anlamlı organizasyonda bulunmak, bizim için yalnızca bir etkinliğe katılmak değil; bölgenin hikâyesine ortak olmaktı.
Bu güzel buluşmaya emek veren herkese teşekkür ediyor, yerel değerlere sahip çıkan her adımın çoğalmasını diliyoruz.

Today, we had the pleasure of joining “One Table, One Region, A Thousand Stories,” a special gathering hosted by Giritli Assos, where local producers, chefs, and gastronomy enthusiasts from Assos and the Kaz Mountains came together around the same table.
More than simply attending an event, being part of this meaningful celebration of local craftsmanship, regional flavors, and culinary heritage allowed us to connect with the very spirit of this land and the stories it carries.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone whose passion and dedication made this gathering possible, and we hope to see many more initiatives that celebrate and preserve the region’s authentic values.
