Who is dreaming of summer in the stunning Mediterranean seaside town of Kalkan? Beautiful beach clubs, relaxing boat trips, amazing rooftop restaurants, lively bars, sandy beaches, ancient ruins and so much more 😊

Our stunning 3 ensuite bedroom villa is currently available for the following dates:

Beautiful sea and mountain views a large private pool with roman steps and an additional shallow end ideal for lounging in or as a kiddie play area. On the spacious terrace there are super comfy sunbeds a seating area and a shaded dining area with a brick bbq.
Inside the villa you'll find an open plan lounge/kitchen with dishwasher, water dispenser, 2 ovens, 5 ring gas hob fridge freezer and coffee machine and a full selection of glassware, crockery, pans, tupperware etc.
There is an L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV with UK channels, sports and Netflix. There is an additional cloakroom on this floor.
On the roof terrace you'll find a further shaded seating area, additional sunbeds and the most spectacular sea and mountain views.
Based in Ortaalan, just 5 minutes walk to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and a further 5 minutes to the Old Town for all the rooftop restaurants, fabulous bars and great shopping.

Due to a cancellation, we now have some further dates for a last minute getaway at our beautiful Villa Şafak, Kalkan available from 27 August to 7 September.

3 ensuite bedrooms 2 Kings and a twin, so up to 6 people but equally suited to smaller groups or couples. Large pool and outside seating and dining areas, bbq kitchen area, a stunning roof terrace and just 10 mins walk to the Old Town.

Fancy a last minute getaway at our beautiful Villa Şafak, Kalkan? We were due at the villa ourselves but now can't return so have 12 August (yes next Monday!) to 27 August available.

3 ensuite bedrooms so up to 6 people but equally suited to smaller groups or couples. Large pool and outside seating areas and just 10 mins walk to the Old Town.

"What can I say Dawn is the most beautiful and helpful host!
Dawn and Mike's villa is just beautiful so clean, beautiful furnishings.

We have done many parts of Turkey but we had never been to Kalkan or ever done self catering.

Dawn was with us every step of the way from booking transfers, to local attractions, excursions and always at the end of a phone for any questions!

There is a local app to get deliveries, a local weekly market, can have fresh bread delivered daily.

The villa is local to shops, bars and the old town of Kalkan is just beautiful! The local people are so kind and caring and can't do enough. Both me and my daughter can't eat dairy or gluten there was not a restaurant that was not helpful! Lime Bar became our favourite whilst in Kalkan the fact they did gluten free Efes won it for me!

I personally felt I was in pure luxury for the week and the grounds to the villa, pool and outdoor kitchen were just amazing. We will certainly treasure it and would definitely return. And a lovely thank you to Nuri who was around daily to the villa for anything we needed!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a new build in front of our villa that is now very close to completion, the views particularly from the ground floor are different to the images in earlier posts on this page. We can provide you with our own snaps of the changes and professional images will be uploaded as soon as possible.

We still have amazing sea views from all levels and the rest of the villa remains as fabulous as always.

We have reduced our rates to reflect the change in view and in addition are offering great discounts for Summer 2024 bookings made now.

Inside Villa Şafak you'll find a stylish, modern interior beautifully furnished with bespoke furniture and quality soft furnishings.

Villa Şafak is fully air conditioned with WIFI internet access throughout. There and is a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, 5 ring Gas Hob, fridge freezer, toaster, iron, ironing board and water cooler, everything you need to cater for meals at the villa.

The villa is accessed from a gated entrance leading to the front door and pool/terrace area. The main door opens directly into an light open plan living and kitchen area. The lounge is fitted with an LCD flat screen television, L shaped sofa and a coffee table. There is direct access to the pool and outside terraces.

The villa benefits from a double and twin bedroom on the first floor, with a further double bedroom on the rooftop, all with beautiful sea views.

All bedrooms are en-suite, including a shower with sea views in the terrace bedroom all with bespoke wardrobes. Bath & Turkish pool towels are available and all rooms have a hair dryer tucked away in the dressing table drawers.

On the 2nd floor is a further double bedroom and private roof terrace which has spectacular panoramic views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Perfect for chilling out, switching off & gazing out to sea.
