We are excited to open our newly refurbished 3 bed, 3 bath Villa to guests. Situated at the foot of the Taurus mountains in Lower Kiziltas, a peaceful area of Kalkan. The stroll into town is just 10 minutes walk downhill, a few minutes more to the old town and a 2 minute taxi ride back (£1.50 fare). l and large terrace with outdoor dining and seating areas. The interior has been completely refurbished to a high standard, with a combination of traditional & contemporary decor. Fully air-conditioned throughout, the property has an electronic combination safe and new alarm system fitted for additional security. The ground floor is open plan, with corner sofa in the lounge area with enough seating for 6 and blinds fitted to all windows. There is a stylish log burner (for the winter months) and a Smart TV with IPTV and high speed internet. The kitchen area is modern and fully equipped, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven/hob, microwave & water cooler. It is complete with kitchen island and bar stools, offering space for indoor dining for 6 guests with patio doors leading out to the Al Fresco dining area. There is also a ground floor cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. Master Bedroom

Tastefully decorated with an abundance of wardrobe/storage space. It has a king size bed and black out blinds fitted to all windows and is complete with a large en-suite and balcony, which affords spectacular views over Kalkan bay. Bed 2

The "Sunshine Room", bright but tastefully decorated, this room has a double bed, wardrobe with storage shelves, vanity unit and en-suite bathroom. The patio door opens out onto the balcony with patio table and chairs to enjoy the amazing views. Twin beds with wardrobes, vanity unit and en-suite bathroom with washing machine. The patio door opens up onto the roof terrace with the best views from the Villa over the bay There is also a "Z" bed for additional child occupancy. Notes

The villa is accessed via a flight of steps from the road, so is not suitable for those with impaired mobility. Bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided for guests. Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided). The pool and gardens are tended to daily. A welcome pack is provided at this villa. Preferred changeover days for this property are Saturday and Monday, but we are happy to be flexible with holiday start dates where possible. The Villa also has a strict No Smoking policy.
