Booking a “family-friendly” villa in Kalkan isn’t always as straightforward as it sounds…

We often speak to guests who’ve chosen a property that looks perfect — but once you dig a little deeper, it doesn’t quite work for their family.

A few things we always suggest thinking about:

• Pool layout – are there steps or shallow areas? • Visibility – can you see the pool from the terrace/living space? • Layout – are bedrooms spread over multiple levels? • Age of children – what works for toddlers is very different to teens

This is exactly why we don’t just send lists — we help match families to the right property for their specific needs.
