The apartment:
Apartment Anna is a stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a highly sought after location right at the heart of Kalkan, central to the old town and just a 3-5 minute walk from Kalkan beach, harbour and restaurants. Apartment Anna's guests benefit from the use of a private plunge pool & terrace in addition to the communal pool area. The old town apartment complex consists of just

6 apartments, with sea views from the large communal swimming pool area. Apartment Anna is furnished in a contemporary style, fully air-conditioned and has WiFi internet access, smart TV and Amazon Fire stick providing access to Neflix, Amazon Prime and all of the usual apps. Ground Floor
The accommodation is arranged over one level with a master double en-suite bedroom and one twin bedroom with one additional family bathroom, both bedrooms having traditional exposed stone walls. The open plan living space comprises a fully equipped kitchen/dining area and lounge which has direct access to a furnished private terrace and plunge pool. The master bedroom is located at the front of the apartment and also has views of and direct access to the private plunge pool and terrace area. Apartment Anna is close to a direct pathway to the beach and harbour, 2 minutes walk to restaurants and just 3 minutes walk to a supermarket. Satellite TV

We have come to the end of our 2nd Summer of ownership in beautiful Kalkan and 2025 did not let us down. There was an introduction to the next generation (3rd) of our family and needless to say the love was immediate.
