This is our Villa (Villa Kaya) in Kalkan, Turkey. We've co-owned it with Richard and Vicky since 2006 now and over the years we've shared fantastic times here with friends and family and look forward to many more - several times this year hopefully! We've never met anybody who's been to Kalkan and not enjoyed the place, the people, the food and the weather - most tend to come back year after year.

Our beautiful villa that sleeps 10 people with a pool and stunning sea views which is available for rent ..... although we tend to be in it ourselves for a large portion of the summer.If you don't use Villa Kaya, there are hundreds of gorgeous Villas and small hotels in the area to suit all budgets and tastes.
