We enjoyed a lovely week here. The surroundings are beautiful, it’s peaceful and tranquil. The villa itself is very new, spotlessly clean and very well equipped as well as being very comfy. We barbecued and enjoyed the Well appointed outside area very much and the air conditioning in every room was very welcome when it got too hot. Pool well maintained and great size. There are homes nearby but you wouldn’t know it as it’s supremely private and not overlooked at all. Owner is on hand if needed but not at all intrusive and the family are delightful - especially papa who farms next door and gifted us the most amazing organic produce. Relaxing - luxurious - great value. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Another Great Review For Us Excellent Villa in a great spot with a breath taking view

I have been a regular visitor to Kalkan over the past 7 years and always book through Rudi. The Villa we stayed in was of a very high standard as always and was equipped with everything one might need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The Villa was very clean and well presented, the pool area very inviting and the views of Kalkan bay are stunning.

The location is very central and 5 minutes walk into the very pretty old town and fabulous bars and restaurants.

Rudi is a very professional personable man and nothing is too much trouble. He responds almost immediately to any and every request and takes a keen interest in ensuring that his guests needs are met at all times. I would highly recommend Rudi and will continue to return regularly safe in the knowledge that I'm in the best possible hands.

Kalkan Town Villa is suitable for 8 guest but if you need there is a 1 sofa bed so 9 people can stay in the villa. Villa has amazing kalkan horbour. Holiday villa in Turkey, Kalkan old town villa with seaview.

Another review today for us Rudi Travel

May I say a big big thanks (sagol) to Rudi & his friendly staff of Kalkan Experience Property . Rudi has helped us from start to finish on our first villa hoilday in Turkey and its been an amazing one . He helped with the villa , car rental and even picked us up from the airport and showed us the way to the villa which was excellent and was everything he said it would be and more . He and his staff could not do enough for us to make our stay a most memorable one . We have enjoyed the 2 weeks and the friendly atmosphere so much we have booked with him for next year already so counting down the days lol . Gorgeous villa just a street away from all the great restaurants and shops that make Kalkan special. They say that location is everything but in this case you also get a modern, clean and very elegant villa with a well kept pool and all the extras - BBQ, roof terrace, a/c, water cooler, well equipped kitchen etc. The owner and the manager (Rudi) were both there to meet us, and were both charming and hospitable. Not to mention generous when it came to stocking the fridge. Rudi is a fabulous Mr Fixit and can arrange anything for you in Kalkan and beyond. Boat trips, restaurants, car hire - anything. A top chap for whom nothing is too much trouble. We would rent from this company again in a heartbeat. As the Turks say, çok tesekküler, Rudi.
