Villa Flora is a three bedroom, two storey detached villa with extensive balconies, roof terrace and private pool in Kalkan, Turkey.
It is close (5 - 10 minute walk) to the old village and on down to the harbour and sea. The views are fantastic, in one direction to the Mediterranean Sea and the islands, in the other, to the foothills of the Ta**us Mountains. There is a large balcony with Turkish divans that enjoys panoramic views of the mountains and the sea. This is directly off the kitchen and the living room so is an ideal place to eat and drink. The divans are also great for a little siesta from time to time.
The living room offers panoramic views over Kalkan and the bay. There is a dining table that can seat six people, as well as two arm chairs and a sofa. The room has its own balcony.
The two main bedrooms are large, have their own bathrooms and have direct access to the pool. One has a king sized bed whilst the other has two single beds. The third bedroom, on the first floor, has a single bed and a child's bed with easy access to an adjacent toilet and shower room.
Outside there is a private pool with sun loungers for relaxing. In addition, there is table and chairs with cast iron barbecue for outside cooking.
There is a roof terrace, with table and chairs as well as two sun loungers. This terrace has amazing views to the sea and mountains.
The feeling of seclusion of Villa Flora is enhanced by the olive grove running down one side of the property.
