Apartment Limon Kalkan - Rental Licence Number 07/5726
๐ With June looming in the wings ready to pounce on us as the clocks strike midnight, I wonder how it is we got to where we are so quickly. With many reservations at Limon having been made way before this year even started and the closed season having seemed so long, it's all hands on deck with our second group of guests currently enjoying the best of everything that Kalkan has to offer.

๐ Booking a holiday is very subjective isn't it, just as choosing a restaurant in Kalkan in which to eat is. With so much choice, where to begin?
๐ Our excellent management company in Kalkan -
Kalkan Property Management has been supporting us at Limon for what must be 5-6 years now. They and their staff maintain Limon to an extremely high standard. As you walk through the door you will see for yourself how immaculate it is. You will find an informative letter waiting for you from one half of our management team, Sharon Uslu, who will have arranged to do a meet-and-greet with you the day after your arrival. Personal service such as this means everything to us. Sharon will answer your questions, provide information, arrange trips including boat trips too should you require it, organise fresh water deliveries and should anything need attention at Limon during your stay, hopefully not, Sharon will arrange to get it sorted. More importantly, should you be unwell, you will receive her full support. I can personally vouch for this one. Never underestimate how important it is to have someone there who can help you at such a difficult time.
๐ LIMON APARTMENT - PROPERTY OVERVIEW
๐ Immaculate, modern, spacious accommodation with superb fixtures and fittings and excellent Wifi throughout. Almost a villa but not quite, we the owners, continue to offer exceptionally competitive rates starting from as little as ยฃ850 (not pp), per week accommodating as few as 2 people, (we have had two people stay many times especially suited to those who like their space), up to a maximum of 6.
๐ Three extremely spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people, 1 king, 1 double & 1 twin size, (which can be made up as a double if preferred), with 4 bathrooms, (2 en-suite, 1 adjacent to the twin bedroom, and 1 cloakroom on the first floor). Comfortable beds dressed in freshly laundered crisp white linen laden with fluffy, White towels ready for your arrival. All towels are provided, including beach towels, for use during your stay
๐ All bedrooms have ample storage space plus each have individual hair dryers freeing up your luggage space.
๐ First floor living area with open plan kitchen/diner; with Smart tv and front wrap-around balcony with spectacular sea/town views affording a beautiful spot to chill with a sundowner and relax whilst taking in the incredible views
๐ Air conditioning throughout and travertine flooring to help keep you cool. The air conditioning system also throws out warm air on those not too warm days depending on the time of year
๐ All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each have their own direct access to beautifully kept gardens, (thanks to Firat - our outdoor maintenance man who you may see early morning tending to the pool; sweeping/washing everywhere down as well as looking after the gardens), offering a splash of colour throughout the year. There are also two outside dining areas.
๐ Stunning infinity pool shared with just three apartments on what is a very quiet complex and more often than not you may find you have it all to yourself as confirmed in our reviews
๐ Peaceful location just a short 7-10 minute stroll into the centre of town, (1 road and 1 footbridge), and a 2 minute taxi ride back, (costing 250TL- ยฃ4 as was the case in May 2026)

๐ Private parking available should you hire a car situated right outside the entrance gate to Limon
๐ A complimentary welcome grocery pack which will include bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, orange juice and water which will be in situ for your arrival with the water cooler switched on to ensure you to have the best start following your long journey, offering you some respite until those all-important groceries can be ordered or bought the next day.
๐ Airport transfers can be arranged for you upon request should you require it

LIMON APARTMENT- LOCATION
๐ A 7-10 minute walk into Old Town, one road, one footbridge over the D400 brings you out just short of Carrefour with the main central taxi rank being just around the corner.
๐ Limon is located on the lower eastern side of Kiziltas, the opposite end to that which lies just above the main traffic light junction, bus station and petrol station.
๐ It lies beneath the Mediteran Hotel & is just a short walk from the Samira Resort with the lovely Tesoro Restaurant located a little bit further on.
๐ It's a beautiful location, it's quiet, has amazing sea & town views and enjoys a very light breeze which makes the heat of the day more manageable.
