Room with private bath available for sublet

The Flat is in Bat Yam, less than a minute from the beach. Tel Aviv's nightlife scene is about 30 minutes bus ride away.
The building is just steps away from the beach and the cafés along it, tucked in a quiet street behind the Bat Yam promenade. You will have access to our spacious lounge and kitchen. The location is just at the center of Bat Yam's coastline, with easy transportation to the old city of Jaffa.
You'll be sharing the flat with Katsi, the feline queen of the house (see picture), as well as her three other human tenants ;)

price for a private room with bathroom, Air conditioning, mini-fridge and kettle is 3000₪ a month including all expenses. You get fresh sheets and towels, soap, shampoo, all included. Private parking, laundry services and/or breakfast available upon request.
(if available, the private parking space is included in the price)

Bus #10 goes right next to the apartment, and goes all the way to Jaffa, Tel Aviv Promenade, Allenby, Ben Yehuda and Arlozorov.
