At Emir Hotels, we continue to invest in quality, craftsmanship, and gastronomic culture.

We were delighted to host German Master Baker Jürgen Henke for a special workshop with the kitchen teams of our three hotels. This special gathering, ranging from traditional bread-making techniques to modern presentation concepts, was filled with inspiring moments of learning, sharing, and a passion for flavor.
Emir Hotels olarak kaliteye, ustalığa ve gastronomi kültürüne yatırım yapmaya devam ediyoruz.

Alman Master Baker Jürgen Henke’yi, üç otelimizin mutfak ekipleriyle gerçekleştirdiği özel workshop için ağırlamaktan büyük mutluluk duyduk. Geleneksel ekmekçilik tekniklerinden modern sunum anlayışına uzanan bu özel buluşma; öğrenme, paylaşım ve lezzet tutkusuyla dolu ilham verici anlara sahne oldu.
