Exelsior hotels could not think of a more fitting memorial to honour our wonderful Tom than to name his beloved bar and restaurant after him. Loved and missed by so many. He will always be a part of Exelsior.

ANNOUNCEMENT
It is with absolute deepest regret to announce that our F&B manager Tom sadly passed away yesterday.
Tom has played a major part within Exelsior Hotels for over 24 Years. He will be sorely missed by colleagues, staff and friends
Those of us that have had the pleasure of working with Tom have lost a dear friend
Exelsior Hotels would like to extend their condolences to Tom’s family at this time
