On Tuesday, August 11, Humus x Hortense, Belgium's Michelin-starred restaurant led by Caroline Baerten and Nicolas Decloedt, joins Casa Lavanda for an exclusive four-hands dinner. Chef Nicolas Decloedt and Chef Emre Şen will present a menu created exclusively for the evening, where Nicolas Decloedt's plant-led cuisine meets Emre Şen's seafood dishes.

Together, they will celebrate a shared philosophy rooted in seasonality, locality, and deep respect for the ingredients that shape their kitchens.
