İki eski Türkiye şampiyonu tarafından kurulan, Kitesurf merkezi, otel, restoran ve etkinlik alanı gibi farklı hizmetleri bir arada sunan Urla Sarf House, İzmir merkeze 45 dakika mesafedeki Gülbahçe, Urla’da bulunuyor. Kitesurf merkezinde Mayıs - Ekim arasında profesyonel eğitmenlerden kitesurf dersi alabilir, merkezden ekipman kiralayabilir veya kendi ekipmanlarınız ile gelerek kayabilirsiniz. Sıfır atık prensibi ile işletilen otelde ise farklı kültürlerden ilham alınarak dekore edilmiş, konfor ve büyüklükleri ile değişkenlik gösteren odalarda konaklayabilirsiniz. Bahçe alanındaki havuzunda gün boyu keyif yapabilir, günün her saati lokal gıdalar ile hazırlanan sağlıklı yiyecekler sunan restoranında yemek yiyebilir, miksoloji barında farklı kokteyller içebilirsiniz. Bahçedeki kaykay rampası, denizde SUP boardları, sezon boyu devam eden konserler ve DJ seçkileri ile Urla Surf House birçok farklı aktivite ve deneyimi bir arada sunuyor.

Established by two former champions of Turkey, Urla Sarf House, which offers different services such as a kitesurfing centre, hotel, restaurant and event space, is located in Gülbahçe, Urla, 45 minutes from the center of İzmir. You can take kitesurfing lessons from professional instructors at the kitesurf center between May and October, rent equipment from the center or come and skate with your own equipment. In the hotel, which is operated with the zero waste principle, you can stay in rooms that are decorated with inspiration from different cultures and vary in comfort and size. You can enjoy the pool in the garden area all day long, dine at the restaurant serving healthy food prepared with local foods at all hours of the day, and drink different cocktails at the mixology bar. Urla Surf House offers many different activities and experiences together with the skateboard ramp in the garden, SUP boards in the sea, concerts that continue throughout the season and DJ selections.

Sezonun en eğlenceli, en renkli buluşmalarından biri olan Getto Gather Skate & Juggle Jam’den geriye bol hareket, bol renk ve bolca güzel an kaldı. 

Urla Surf House bahçesi bir gün boyunca kaykay, jonglörlük, workshop’lar, oyunlar, müzik ve güzel insanlarla doldu. Mini ramp’te akan sesler, etraftaki enerji ve gün boyu süren o rengarenk atmosfer tam da hayal ettiğimiz gibiydi. 

Birlikte kayan, üreten, izleyen, eşlik eden ve bu günü güzelleştiren herkese teşekkürler.

Bu güzel buluşmada bizimle olan Getto, Zoë Coffee.Co, hyp3D ve Flow and Chill’e de kocaman sevgiler.

One of the most fun and colorful gatherings of the season, Getto Gather Skate & Juggle Jam, left us with plenty of movement, color and some seriously good memories. 

For one full day, the Urla Surf House garden was filled with skateboarding, juggling, workshops, games, music and beautiful people. The sounds coming from the mini ramp, the energy all around and that colorful atmosphere throughout the day were exactly what we had imagined. 

A big thank you to everyone who skated, created, watched, joined in and made the day what it was.

And lots of love to Getto, Zoë Coffee.Co, hyp3D and Flow and Chill for being part of this beautiful gathering with us.

Bir sezon daha yavaş yavaş sona gelirken, bu yazın herkes için nasıl geçtiğini merak ettik. 🌊

Sezonu birlikte açtık, şimdi birlikte kapatıyoruz.

Haziran’da yazın ilk akşamlarından birinde Fırat Akarsel ile buluşmuştuk. Şimdi denizle, rüzgârla, müzikle ve bu sezon biriktirdiğimiz tüm güzel anılarla, 2 Ekim Cuma akşamı yine onunla sezon kapanışını yapıyoruz.

Her yazın kendine ait bir hissi var. Bu sezonun hissini de hep birlikte, Urla Surf House’da son kez uzun uzun yaşayalım istiyoruz.

Wing’i tanıdık, şimdi sıra onun bizi suyun üstünde taşıyan diğer yarısında. 🌊

Nose’dan tail’e, mast’tan front wing ve stabilizer’a… Board ve foil üzerindeki her parça, dengeyi, kontrolü ve suyun üstünde yükselme hissini doğrudan etkiliyor.

Rideology serisinin bu bölümünde wingfoil board’unu ve foil sistemini biraz daha yakından tanıyoruz.

Kitesurf eğitimlerimizin dördüncü aşamasında, waterstart çalışmalarına geçiyoruz. 🏄‍♂️

Bu aşamada board’u doğru şekilde konumlandırmayı, kite’ın gücünü kontrollü bir şekilde kullanarak sudan kalkmayı ve ilk sürüşlere başlamayı eğitmenlerimiz eşliğinde çalışıyoruz.

Önceki aşamalarda öğrendiğimiz kite kontrolü ve body drag çalışmalarını bir araya getirerek, artık gerçek sürüş hissine adım adım yaklaşıyoruz. 🌊

Sen de kitesurf yolculuğuna sağlam ve güvenli bir başlangıç yapmak istiyorsan, seni okulumuza bekliyoruz.

In the fourth stage of our kitesurfing training, we move on to waterstart practice. 🏄‍♂️

At this stage, we work on positioning the board correctly, using the power of the kite with control to get out of the water, and starting those first rides under the guidance of our instructors.

Bringing together the kite control and body drag skills learned in the previous stages, we now get one step closer to the feeling of actually riding. 🌊

MTV Night Vol. 3, bu sezonun son MTV gecesi. 📺⚡️

Bu sezon birlikte dans ettiğimiz MTV Night serisinin son gecesi için yeniden buluşuyoruz.

Ekranlardan ezbere bildiğimiz şarkılar, bolca nostalji, yazdan kalan enerji ve dans etmekten yorulmayacağımız bir gece bizi bekliyor.

DJ kabininde Go Fever , Surf House’ta ise yine yüksek enerji, güzel insanlar ve o tanıdık MTV Night ruhu var.

MTV Night Vol. 3, the final MTV Night of the season. 📺⚡️

We’re getting together once more for the last night of this season’s MTV Night series.

The songs we know by heart from the screen, plenty of nostalgia, the last bits of summer energy, and a night made for dancing are waiting for us.

Go Fever will be behind the decks, while the Surf House fills up once again with good people, high energy, and that familiar MTV Night feeling.

Wingfoil eğitimlerimizin ikinci aşamasında, karada öğrendiklerimizi suya taşıyor ve board üzerinde denge çalışmalarına geçiyoruz. 🌊

Wing’i su üzerinde doğru şekilde konumlandırmayı, board üzerinde dengede kalmayı ve rüzgârdan güç alarak kontrollü bir şekilde ilerlemeyi eğitmenlerimiz eşliğinde adım adım çalışıyoruz.

Wingfoil öğrenmek ve ilk sürüşlere doğru güvenli bir şekilde ilerlemek isteyen herkesi okulumuza bekliyoruz.

In the second stage of our wingfoil training, we take what we learned on land into the water and start working on balance on the board. 🌊

Under the guidance of our instructors, we practise how to position the wing correctly on the water, stay balanced on the board and use the wind to move forward with control.

We’d love to welcome anyone who wants to learn wingfoiling and progress safely towards their first rides.

5 Eylül gecesi bass biraz daha derinden geldi. 🔊🌴

Nice’n Easy Sound System ve Ras Sherby ile bahçe bir geceliğine roots, dub ve Jamaika’dan Londra’ya uzanan o sound system kültürünün ritmine girdi.

Plaklar döndü, bass yükseldi, dans hiç durmadı.
Ras Sherby’nin Türkiye’deki performansına Surf House’ta ev sahipliği yapmak da gecenin en güzel taraflarından biriydi.

O gece orada olan herkes bilir; bazı geceler anlatılmaz, biraz yaşanır.

Bizden geriye de bu görüntüler kaldı.

On September 5, the bass hit a little deeper. 🔊🌴

With Nice’n Easy Sound System and Ras Sherby, the garden slipped into the rhythm of roots, dub, and the sound system culture stretching from Jamaica to London.

Records spinning, bass rolling, and the dancing never really stopped.

Hosting Ras Sherby’s performance in Turkey at Surf House was one of the highlights of the night.

If you were there, you know; some nights are hard to explain, you just have to live them.

These are the moments we brought back with us.
