年初收到住客送來的春聯，紅得很新。再拿起來已經是年底了。蛇年就這樣靜靜走過，像側身滑過的影子。
年底的光復水災和持刀攻擊事件讓情緒起伏大了些。不過還是有風光明媚的日子，在這北濱海岸一角，遇到了來自台灣各地的你們、有韓國直飛的旅客、也有香港、新加坡、馬來西亞、澳洲、加拿大、德國、荷蘭、奧地利……遠道而來的旅行者。駐店計畫展開，有Nashly 手作金工、温暾的靈魂解讀、玩藝樹的成果展。還有方方家的加入，有了飯菜香和笑鬧聲，夜裡就不那麼寂寞了。
回頭看，悲傷和心碎過後，帶著一點脆弱與猶疑，選擇繼續往理想靠近，試著相信愛，慢慢創造一些善意。或許就是2025年最大的學習，也是對「勇氣」這件事更深一層、還說不太清楚的體會。

At the start of the year, a guest gave us a red spring couplet—bright and new.
By the time we held it again, the year was ending.
The Year of the Snake slipped by quietly, like a shadow passing sideways.
The floods in Guangfu and a knife attack unsettled our hearts,
yet there were still clear, beautiful days.
On this corner of the Beibin coast, we met you—
travelers from across Taiwan, direct flights from Korea,
and friends from Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria.
The residency program unfolded: Nashly’s metalwork, Wentun’s soul readings, exhibitions by PlayArt Tree.
With Fang Fang’s family came the warmth of home-cooked meals and laughter,
and the nights felt less lonely.
Looking back, after grief and heartbreak,
with a touch of fragility and doubt,
we chose to keep moving toward what we believe in—
to trust in love, and to quietly grow kindness.
Perhaps that is the greatest lesson of 2025,
and a deeper, still hard-to-name understanding of courage.
