康瀚行旅位於高雄市交通便利的「舊市議會捷運站」４號出口，距離500公尺，鄰近愛河、六合夜市、三鳳宮，步行至南霸天丹丹漢堡、老店興隆居、知名的美迪亞鍋燒麵只要5~10分鐘。外觀色調沉穩、早期的鵝卵石牆面，巧妙融合大廳的金屬元素，以及世界地圖、探照燈、玻璃球、老物件暈染出的航海意象。
全館有53間精緻客房，五種房型，擁有32個「臺、澎、金、馬」漁港及7個海上絲路、14個世界著名港口，每一個地點都有不同的歷史定位及發展，我們以「閱讀港都」為主軸，串聯文字、影像，讓旅人們來一場紙上探險。
