【夜の小酌 night cap 】

旅行的夜晚，跟在家的夜晚不一樣。

好像從原先日常的節奏與事務中，
發現了一處縫隙。

鞋子脫下、包包放下，
坐在屋內發一下呆，
說不上哪裡不同，
但心情就是漸漸鬆了一些。

我喜歡這個縫隙。

想更走往縫隙的深處，
也許小酌幾杯，
感受更加鬆弛的凝視片刻，
是旅行中自然而然的想望。

【米Another beautiful side of Taiwanese rice 】

「最近的米麵包，好像變得更鬆軟了呢！
換了配方了嗎？」有位老龜友這麼問。

也許是最近，開始使用米麴一起發酵米糰的關係吧！在揉製的過程中，可以感受到米糰，隨著時間，變得溫和、柔軟、散發香氣…大自然真不可思議！

最近一次在九州旅行時，於一間有名的義大利餐廳吃到，同樣使用純米、米麴發酵製作的小圓麵包。當時留在唇齒間，九州米的鮮、特有的香氣，令人欣喜。

如果能讓一些遠道而來的龜友，也能透過龜時間製作的米麵包，感受台灣米另一個面向的魅力，那我們會很高興。

with time during kneading…
nature is truly full of wonders in good time!

On a recent trip to Kyushu,
I tried a rice petit pain
at a renowned Italian restaurant,
crafted entirely from pure
rice and koji fermentation.
The freshness and distinct
aroma of Kyushu rice lingered,
bringing pure joy.

It would also mean the world to us
if our guests, especially those
traveling from afar,
could discover another beautiful side of Taiwanese rice through our homemade rice bread here in 龜時間 goöod time.

茉莉二手書店位於高雄苓雅區、圖書總館正對面，是一個在地下一層樓的空間。每次走下那段通往地下一樓的長段階梯，我的心情總是既興奮又快樂，因為我是來挖寶的！

茉莉二手書店除了書籍、雜誌與漫畫，也有許多二手唱片和錄影帶。在這裡可以找到已經停止再版的書籍，以及在台灣、甚至是網路上難以買到的唱片，更讚的事情是：價格絕對合理。

各位鶴友若是有機會來高雄玩，不妨逛逛茉莉二手書店，說不定您也會尋獲意外的寶藏。

Located in Kaohsiung’s Lingya District, right across from the Main Public Library, Mollie Used Books is a hidden gem tucked away in a basement. Every time I walk down that long flight of stairs, I feel a rush of excitement and joy—because I know I’m about to go on a treasure hunt!

Mollie offers much more than just books, magazines, and comics. It’s also home to a fantastic collection of second-hand records and vintage tapes. Here, you can find rare, out-of-print books and albums that are nearly impossible to find anywhere else—even online. The best part? The prices are incredibly fair and reasonable.

To all my fellow travelers: if you’re ever in Kaohsiung, make sure to stop by Mollie Used Books. You might just stumble upon an unexpected treasure of your own!

不知從何時開始，公司樓下多了一抹黑影。
過一段時間，黑影也有了同伴，一抹花影。
有時躺平、有時對峙、有時只露臉裝神秘。
更不知從何時開始，我每天都在等牠們今天怎麼出場，
像不打卡的同事，卻準時參與了我的日常。
讓上班的日子，多了分溫暖與樂趣。

They come and go, never on time,
yet they quietly brighten my day.

【那段多出來的綠色 A Strip of Green 】
在高雄的主要道路上，對於步行者來說算是相當友善，劃分清楚，不用與車子併行搶道。但如果你再走進小巷弄中，情況將截然不同。騎樓擺滿了攤販與機車，就連路肩也停著汽車。

然而，最近在回家途中，我發現街道上多了剛完成不久的綠色人行道，讓人感到一絲小驚喜。那一段突出的綠色，在原本單調的街道中顯得特別醒目。

儘管對許多台灣人而言，在小巷中與車輛併行早已是習以為常的日常，但還是希望未來，更多這樣的鄉間小路，也能擁有專屬的行人走道。

On my way home, I noticed a newly added green sidewalk ,it felt like a small surprise.

Here in Taiwan, walking alongside traffic has always been part of daily life.

【豆皮蛋餅 Tofu skin Danbing 】

十年前鶴宮寓剛開始營運的時候，後面街巷的這處轉角就賣著蛋餅。

當時是一位阿嬤自己手橄的蛋餅皮，很好吃。週圍鄰居也都把這當作集合的小據點，有時幫忙，有時聊天，氣氛很鄰里又親切，我自己都稱呼是「阿嬤蛋餅」，早餐時不時會來這報到。

後來阿嬤蛋餅沒開了幾年。

最近才發現這處轉角，又見到早上朝氣蓬勃的樣子，原址繼續傳承了蛋餅，只不過標榜的是豆皮蛋餅，很有特色。

我想在台灣的早餐宗派中，蛋餅是必吃的一個大門派。將豆皮煎得微酥，鋪在蛋液上，然後裹上滿滿的餡料後包覆，豆皮口感與餡料的組合，很值得一試吶。除此以外，能看見街巷中繼續傳承下來的生活風景，肚子除了飽足感，還多了心裡的滿足感。

Tofu Skin Danbing (Egg Crepe)
At the corner just behind ho̍k house, a beloved breakfast spot has been serving danbing — Taiwanese egg crepes — for years. The current stall puts a creative spin on the classic: tofu skin is lightly pan-fried until crispy, layered over egg, then wrapped around generous fillings. The contrast of textures makes it well worth a try.
Danbing is a must-eat in Taiwanese breakfast culture, and this neighbourhood corner is a lovely slice of everyday local life.
