品香坊全新推出｜品香布列塔尼酥餅禮盒
源自法國布列塔尼地區的經典法式酥餅，主廚歷經多次試作，從奶油香氣、酥鬆程度，到入口後細緻的鹹甜餘韻，每一個細節都經過細心調整，只為呈現心中理想的 Galette Bretonne。
嚴選法國邦菩禮 AOP 發酵奶油、法國雷島鹽之花、法國與日本麵粉及法國蘭姆酒，不添加化學膨鬆劑，以純粹的原料，呈現濃郁奶油香氣與細緻酥鬆的口感。
秋節送禮，品香坊正式將這款經典酥餅推出禮盒包裝。小巧、精緻、方便攜帶，無論節慶送禮，或是與家人朋友分享，都恰到好處。

From its rich buttery aroma and delicate, crumbly texture to the subtle balance of sweet and salty notes, every detail has been carefully refined to create the chef’s ideal Galette Bretonne.
Made with French Beurre de Pamplie AOP cultured butter, Fleur de Sel from Île de Ré, French and Japanese flours, and French rum, the biscuits are made without chemical leavening agents. Carefully selected ingredients bring out the rich buttery aroma and delicate, crumbly texture that define this French classic.
