Holo Family house is in the center of Taipei City. We are located on the 22nd floor of the K-mall building, which is adjacent to the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store. Located in the most busy transport hub in Taipei, we provide easy access to every part of the city. It takes about 50 minutes from Taiwan Taoyuan
International Airport by bus to Taipei Train Station and about 30 minutes from Taipei SonShan Airport by MRT to Taipei Main Station.

1. 乾淨簡單舒適的住宿環境----由專門人員每日清潔打掃房間，乾淨的衛浴設備，全天候提供熱水。
Clean, simple, and comfortable living environment--- we have professional cleaning staff clean rooms every day, and we provide clean bathroom facilities with 24-hr hot water.
2. 完善貼心的服務設備----本家庭備有交誼廳提供各國人士文化交流，會客，與休憩，另有設備完善的廚房，歡迎自行採買製作料理，並與大家分享各自之家鄉美食。
Handy equipment: we have a lobby where international travelers can exchange ideas, meet friends, and take a rest for a cup of tea. In addition, we have a well-equipped kitchen and you are more than welcome to buy cooking materials and share your home dishes with others.
3. 安全便利的交通位置----本大樓乃24小時全天候警衛保全與警民連線之合格大樓，位於台北火車站的正前方，國光機場客運的斜對面不到五分鐘的路程，三鐵共構加上市區公車網，長途客運網之台北樞紐，交通四通八達。
Location and transportation: Holo Family House is located in a 24-hr security building right in front of the Taipei Main Station. The Kuo-Kuang Motor Transport (airport bus) is opposite slightly to the left side with less than 5-min walking distance. Taipei Main Station is a transportation hub where you can take MRT, train, or High Speed Rail, plus city bus. It’s very convenient to get around Taipei from Holo Family House.

5. 簡式西式早餐與飲料招待----本家庭每日提供簡式西式早餐，不定期更換餅乾樣式。
Simple western breakfast and free drinks: we offer simple breakfast, drinks, and various cookies for free.
6. 當然本家庭原則上禁止傳播宗教，政治，也希望外國旅客入境隨俗，表現真誠的君國風範。
Holo Family House prohibits preaching religions or politics and hopes that foreign travelers can respect our principle and demonstrate good manners.
7. 旅遊咨詢----提供詳細的旅遊咨詢及各式旅遊問題解答，使您達成在台灣的每一個心願。
Travel consultation: we provide detailed traveling information and can answer various traveling questions, and we’ll do our best to help you accomplish whatever you want do about traveling in Taiwan.
8. 旅遊行程危機管理----不論是氣候變遷，旅遊行程加長或縮短，和您一起討論適合自己的套裝行程(不定期)。
Traveling itinerary crisis management: whether you need to prolong or shorten your trip due to weather conditions or any other unspecified reasons, we can discuss your itinerary with you and find out what suits you best. (irregularly)
9. 主人團隊都會協助住宿者採購有關台灣聞名於世的產品如電腦、自行車、農特產品等等，只有付出不收任何小費。
Our team members assist our guests with purchasing products that Taiwan is famous for, such as laptops, bicycles, or agricultural products, and with no extra charge.
10. 主人團隊都具備雙語能力，不管哪一國朋友投宿，語言溝通完全沒有問題，即使比手劃腳也是一流水準。
Our team members can speak English, so no matter which country you are from, there’s no problem of communication. (we are also good at miming…..)

(五)取消訂房--當日取消，恕不退還訂金。
If you cancel the reservation on the day you check-in, you will not get refund.
*三日前取消訂房，需自行吸收15%房價(即訂金30%)
You will get 85% of the room fee back as refund if you cancel the reservation three days before check-in.
*二日前取消訂房，需自行吸收25%房價(即訂金50%)
You will get 75% of the room fee back as refund if you cancel the reservation two days before check-in.
*一日前取消訂房，需自行吸收35%房價(即訂金70%)。
You will get 65% of the room fee back as refund if you cancel the reservation one day before check-in. (六)訂房後更改日期請在住宿前3-5天，可保有更改日期之權利，5天前取消訂房可退回訂金90%，請至現場退訂金，或支付轉帳手續費。
If you would like to change the dates of reservation, please inform us three to five days before check-in. You will get 90% of the room fee back as refund if you cancel the reservation five days before check-in. You will get refund at the counter of Holo Family

a. 請您填寫姓名、身份證(需查驗證件)、住宿日期、電話及email

b. 櫃台會填寫您的房號、勾選住宿日期、確認有無支付訂金，並請您支付押金(退房還回鑰匙時會退回給您)，最後與櫃台簽名支付住房金額即可。
We will fill out your room number, check the arrival and departure dates, and make sure how much the balance is (including deposit). You just need to sign and pay for the room fee. c. 提醒您我們的早餐用餐時間是7:30-10:00am，退房時間是中午12點前，若有朋友來訪，可請他們在大廳等待，大廳可使用電腦，茶、咖啡免費。
We provide free breakfast from 7:30~10:00 and our check-out time is before 12 at noon. If you have a friend coming for visit, please ask them to wait in the lobby. Feel free to enjoy our free coffee, tea, and Internet service. d. 櫃台保留白色住宿表，藍色會交由給您，退房時拿單子和鑰匙退還押金。
We will keep the white check-in form while you keep the blue receipt. When you show us the blue receipt upon check-out and give the key back, we will return you the deposit.

17. You can borrow receptacle or hair dryer and etc from our station but remember to recede
