有些光芒，不是站上舞台的那一刻才開始閃耀。

最近小公館人文旅舍迎來了一群充滿朝氣的青年。

他們是來自 中國醫藥大學「紫薔薇親善大使團」 的成員。長年投入校內外重要典禮與禮賓接待服務，從儀態、禮儀到口語表達，每一個看似自然的微笑、每一個優雅的轉身，都是日復一日練習累積而成。

這段時間，他們正為國家重要慶典相關活動積極準備。當城市還帶著清晨的微光，他們已經整裝出發；當夜色悄悄降臨，又帶著一天的收穫與疲憊回到旅舍。

我們看見的，不只是整齊一致的步伐，更是一群年輕人對夢想的認真、對責任的承擔，以及彼此扶持前行的默契。

很榮幸，在這段忙碌而充實的日子裡，小公館能成為他們暫時停泊的地方。

願每一次站上舞台都從容優雅；也願所有默默累積的努力，都在屬於自己的時刻綻放光芒。

The brightest moments begin long before anyone is watching.

Recently, NK Hostel had the pleasure of welcoming an inspiring group of young people.

They are members of the Purple Rose Goodwill Ambassador Team from China Medical University, a distinguished organization dedicated to ceremonial protocol and hospitality services for major university functions and public events. Behind every graceful gesture, every confident smile, and every poised interaction lie countless hours of training in etiquette, public speaking, and professional protocol.

These days, they have been preparing for upcoming national ceremonial events. While the city is still wrapped in the gentle light of dawn, they are already setting off for another day of training. As evening falls, they return to the hostel carrying both the fulfillment and the quiet fatigue of a day devoted to excellence.

What we witnessed was more than synchronized footsteps. We saw a group of young people embracing responsibility, supporting one another, and striving for excellence with quiet determination.

It has been our privilege to provide a place where they can rest, recharge, and find a sense of home amid their demanding journey.

May they step onto every future stage with confidence and grace, and may every hour of unseen dedication blossom into moments that truly shine.

🎨 A Traveler’s Creativity Makes Every Journey More Meaningful

Recently, we received a heartwarming piece of artwork from one of our guests. With the artist’s permission, we’re delighted to share it with you all 💛

Artwork Title | Ma Xi Shou You (馬嘻守優)

The name “Ma Xi Shou You” sounds similar to the Korean phrase “Mashisseoyo” (맛있어요), which means “It’s delicious!” At the same time, the Chinese characters convey a blessing of preserving one’s strengths and cherishing the good things in life.

The artwork is filled with charming details:

✨ The horse bears the outline of Taiwan on its head
✨ Each animal is enjoying its favorite food
✨ A warm and joyful atmosphere radiates throughout the piece

Through this playful reference to “delicious,” the artist hopes to wish everyone:

Just as the artwork expresses:

Exciting dragon boat races, lively stage performances, and festive Dragon Boat Festival activities have made this weekend at Dajia Riverside Park full of energy and celebration! 🚣‍♂️✨

At NK Hostel, we also prepared a special Dragon Boat Festival experience for our guests. 🍃

Today, our guests enjoyed washing their hands with mugwort soap, a traditional custom associated with the festival. In Taiwanese culture, mugwort is believed to symbolize protection, good fortune, and well-being, while welcoming a fresh and positive beginning.

It was wonderful to see travelers from different countries experience and learn about Taiwan’s traditions together, making this festival even more meaningful through cultural exchange. 💚

從小公館步行距離剛剛好，約5-10分鐘即可抵達饒河夜市，彩虹橋位在夜市另一端。正在減肥的，也可以沿著河邊步行約15分鐘即可抵達喔！

今天是展覽的最後一天，趁著沒下雨的空檔，不如來逛個展，鼓勵這些莘莘學子吧！

If you like interior design and architecture, The SCCP GRAD EXPO, the biggest student graduation exhibition, from design majored students, now is at Song Shan Culture Park.
The students from Cheng Shiu University stay at NK Hostel these days. It’s the last day for them, come and check if you are around!
