A little Mid-Autumn Festival magic at MEANDER1948!
This year, we celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival with travelers from around the world — learning a little about Taiwanese traditions and, of course, making our own lava salted egg yolk pastries!
From preparing the dough and filling the pastries, to finally taking those golden, freshly baked pastries out of the oven, the best part was simply being together.
People from different countries gathered around the same table, shared stories, laughed, and made something delicious together.
And because no Taiwanese pastry is complete without tea, we enjoyed our pastries with a pot of Taiwanese tea.
A little sweetness, a little saltiness, a little tea — and lots of good company.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this Mid-Autumn Festival so special. We hope this little evening becomes one of those happy memories you take with you from Taipei.

MEANDER1948 的中秋節，圓滿結束！
今年的中秋節，我們和來自不同國家的旅人一起認識台灣的中秋文化，也一起動手做了我們的 流心蛋黃酥
從認識月餅與中秋節的小故事，到揉麵團、包餡料，再到最後把熱騰騰的蛋黃酥拿出來——
最開心的，還是大家一邊做、一邊聊天，來自不同地方的人，因為一顆小小的蛋黃酥坐在一起。
當然，甜甜的蛋黃酥也少不了一壺台灣茶
一口蛋黃酥、一口茶，就是我們熟悉的台灣中秋味道。
謝謝每一位來參加的旅人，讓今年的中秋節多了好多笑聲與美好的回憶。
希望這個晚上，會成為你台北旅程中一個小小、但值得記住的片段。
