Today’s tour took us to Bopiliao Historic Block and the iconic Longshan Temple. Walking through the charming red-brick streets of Bopiliao felt like stepping back in time to old Taipei. One of the highlights of the day was unexpectedly hearing a local performer singing Taiwanese songs, adding a truly authentic Taiwanese atmosphere to our journey.

We then visited Longshan Temple, where guests experienced the beauty of traditional Taiwanese culture and faith through its stunning architecture and vibrant spiritual ambiance. With clear blue skies and pleasant weather, it was a wonderful day to discover the stories and traditions that make Taipei so special.

今天下午帶房客騎腳踏車去大稻埕看夕陽
河岸的風很輕，在大稻埕時看見陽光慢慢往下沉，整個城市變得很安靜。

兩位女生房客原本騎完腳踏車就要直接前往機場，行程已經排得剛剛好。
但坐在河堤邊的那一刻，時間好像突然變慢了。

最後還是決定多待了半小時，沒有趕行程，也沒有急著離開，
只是靜靜把這個夕陽看完。

This afternoon we took our guests on a bike ride to Dadaocheng to watch the sunset.
A gentle breeze flowed along the riverside, and as the sun slowly set over Dadaocheng, the whole city became quiet and still.

The two female guests originally planned to head straight to the airport after the bike ride, with their schedule perfectly arranged.
But at that moment by the riverside, time seemed to slow down.

In the end, they decided to stay for another 30 minutes—no rushing for schedule, no hurry to leave—
just quietly watching the sunset fade away.

天氣雖然悶熱，但好在沒有大太陽，也沒有下雨，剛剛好的旅遊日。
微風吹著，走在街區裡反而多了一種悠閒的節奏，大家也慢慢放鬆下來，享受每一個角落的故事。

在介紹月老的時候，客人笑著打趣說：「那一定要拜一下吧！」
不過大家也只是笑一笑，沒有真的停下來參拜，但那一瞬間的互動，反而讓整個氣氛變得更輕鬆、更有趣。
有時候旅行的美好，就是藏在這些隨意的對話裡。

一路上邊走邊聊，從歷史聊到文化，也聊到各自的生活與趣事，氣氛越來越輕鬆，就像一群朋友一起出遊一樣。

當然，來這裡怎麼能錯過經典美食。我也特別推薦客人可以試試臭豆腐。
那股獨特的味道總是讓人又愛又怕，但正是台灣很有代表性的在地體驗之一。

有陽光太熱、下雨太狼狽，而今天剛剛好的天氣，剛剛好的步調，還有剛剛好的笑聲。
這樣的旅程，簡單卻讓人記得很久。

It was a hot day, but luckily there was no strong sun and no rain—just the perfect weather for exploring.
With a gentle breeze in the air, the walk felt more relaxed, and everyone slowly eased into the rhythm of the day.

While introducing the Matchmaker God, one of the guests joked, “Then I definitely have to pray!”
In the end, it was just a playful moment and no one actually stopped to pray, but it made the atmosphere lighter and more fun.
Sometimes, it’s these little casual interactions that make a trip special.

As we walked, we chatted about history, culture, and even personal stories.
The vibe became more and more relaxed, almost like a group of friends traveling together.

And of course, you can’t miss the iconic local food. I also recommended that the guests give stinky tofu a try.
Its unique smell might be intimidating at first, but it’s definitely one of Taiwan’s most iconic local experiences.

Too much sun can be exhausting, and rain can be inconvenient—but today was just right.
The weather, the pace, and the laughter all came together perfectly.
A simple journey, but one that will be remembered for a long time.

A traveler shared his experience visiting Longshan Temple today. He mentioned that he had visited temples in Thailand before, but the atmosphere here in Taiwan feels completely different. There’s no sense of distance—only a warm, welcoming energy. The incense and laughter weave together quiet moments and lively daily life. Every statue, every red thread, every bow feels like a small blessing to life itself.
In addition, our vegetarian traveler shared a little culinary adventure in Taiwan. He was a bit nervous about trying stinky tofu, but after tasting it, he found it surprisingly delicious—nothing like he imagined! Even more delightful, Taiwan offers a wide variety of vegetarian options, with each meal bringing warmth and new discoveries for the taste buds.
Traveling isn’t just about visiting sights—it’s about feeling the subtlety of culture and exploring flavors. Every stop along the way tells a little story.

今天原本計畫去爬山，但細雨綿綿，只好臨時改變行程，決定前往烏來。搭台車欣賞山間瀑布，感受水霧撲面，還順便泡了野溪溫泉，整個人瞬間放鬆下來。

房客們說以前從沒聽過烏來，沒想到這裡竟然這麼美。我跟他們分享，夏天的烏來溪水一直都是我們跳水和野營的聖地，大家都非常驚訝，也笑說下次一定要夏天再來台灣，重溫這片美景與冒險的樂趣。

今天的雨天雖然改變了原本計畫，但意外發現烏來的美景，感覺旅行總有小小驚喜等待著我們。

Planned to go hiking today, but the gentle rain made us change plans. We decided to head to Wulai instead. Riding the cable car, enjoying the waterfall mist, and soaking in the wild hot springs instantly relaxed us and made the rainy day feel special.

Our guests said they had never heard of Wulai before and were amazed by its beauty. I told them that in summer, the streams are perfect for jumping and camping. They were excited and promised to return next summer to experience Taiwan and Wulai again.

Although the rain changed our original plan, it led us to discover the hidden charm of Wulai. Sometimes, unexpected detours bring the best surprises.

下午才從公館出發，騎向大稻埕。出門晚了，結果半路就被夕陽抓包。我們隨性地停在一片草地上，坐著、躺著、翻著手機，也不忘抬頭看天邊慢慢被金橘色染亮。風吹過，草地上的小聲聊天和笑聲，像被夕陽偷偷收藏起來的記憶。

等太陽慢慢下山，我們又騎向大稻埕貨櫃市集，隨意晃晃，吃點小吃，聊聊生活瑣碎，拍拍照。沒有行程表，沒有目的地，就這樣把整個下午過得慵懶又滿足

Left the house late in the afternoon, cycling from Gongguan to Dadaocheng. Running behind schedule, we got caught by the sunset halfway . We lazily stopped on a patch of grass—sitting, lying down, scrolling phones, but always glancing up as the sky slowly turned golden-orange. The breeze, the small laughs, and quiet chats felt like little memories secretly tucked away by the sunset.

As the sun dipped lower, we pedaled on to Dadaocheng Container Market, wandering around, grabbing snacks, chatting about everything and nothing, snapping photos. No schedules, no plans—just letting the afternoon drift by, lazy and fully satisfying

2/26，我們迎來了一群特別的客人——8位好朋友一起來台北旅行。雖然每個人都是不同的訂單，但巧合的是，他們的住宿日期與房型完全相同。兩週前，我們的夥伴注意到這個巧合，於是碰巧幫他們安排在同一間房間，卻完全不知道他們其實是朋友。

當天，他們比入住時間還早抵達，我們幫他們提前辦理好手續，也協助寄放行李，還推薦了附近必嚐的「滷肉飯」小店。住宿期間，我們盡力讓他們的旅程更舒適、更方便。

退房時，他們特意留下了一杯飲料和手寫的感謝紙條，暖暖的心意讓我們倍感欣慰

旅途中，最美的風景，往往不是景點本身，而是旅人之間、旅人與旅店間那些意想不到的溫暖時刻。

On 2/26, we welcomed a very special group of guests—8 friends visiting Taipei together. Even though each of them had a separate booking, it just so happened that their stay dates and room types were exactly the same. Two weeks ago, our team noticed this coincidence and happened to assign them to the same room—completely unaware that they were actually friends.

They arrived earlier than check-in, so we helped them with early check-in, stored their luggage, and even recommended a nearby spot to try the must-have “lu rou fan” (braised pork rice). During their stay, we did our best to make their trip as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

When they checked out , they left us a drink and a handwritten thank-you note—such a sweet gesture that truly warmed our hearts.

Sometimes, the most beautiful sights on a journey aren’t the landmarks themselves, but the unexpected moments of connection between travelers—and between travelers and their hotel.
