從清晨第一堂瑜伽課的伸展開始,

記得半年前第一位客人走進來的好奇感 ,
從以為只是住宿,直到發現飯店的奧妙哲學。

這半年,我們很努力的想要讓大家真正的認識我們,
有些是你看見的活動與課程,
有些是藏在細節裡、默默被準備好的用心。
更有些是無形的人際交流,

每一次互動,都是經歷過很多時間的磨合、嘗試與修正

Sunday afternoon, 20 curious participants came together to explore the depth of Kriya Yoga.

As Dori shared, “Yoga is everywhere.” It can be found in any moment of complete presence—whether surfing, reading, or simply being fully connected with yourself. Yoga is not just about postures, but a journey of self-discovery.

Guided by Dori and Phoebe, participants gradually released tension through tapping, deep breathing, body movement, and vocal expression—allowing long-held stress and emotions stored in the body to surface and be released.

What makes Kriya Yoga unique is its ability to go beyond physical movement, using breath, rhythm, and dynamic practice to create deeper self-awareness and emotional release.

【骨盆覺察工作坊】的起點,是跟著 Hailey 老師的引導,與自己的身體展開一場深度對話。才發現,原來骨盆一直默默承載著日常的壓力與重量。透過伸展與經絡按摩,那長年辛苦支撐、不曾抱怨的髖關節,終於有了喘息的空間;下半身累積已久的緊繃與滯塞感,也彷彿一節一節慢慢被鬆開。

當身體逐漸活絡起來,
接著以精油為腹部帶來一份溫暖而細緻的照顧。

對植物精油充滿熱情的 77 老師,以阿育吠陀中常使用的溫潤芝麻油為基底,調和萊姆、快樂鼠尾草與玫瑰天竺葵,融合出清新中帶著暖意的香氣。隨著雙手輕柔搓揉與按摩的溫度,暖意慢慢從腹部延伸至骨盆,也讓身體更深層地放鬆下來。

最後,在頌缽浴的靜心休息中,22 顆缽的低頻共振緩緩在空氣中流動,穿越身體的每一處角落,像一道溫柔的聲波掃描,將散落在忙碌日常裡的身與心,一點一點帶回當下。

After the 3-hour workshop, everyone seemed physically more open and at ease, with a visibly lighter presence.

The journey of our Pelvic Awareness Workshop begins with Hailey’s guidance—an invitation to reconnect and have a deeper conversation with your own body. Many participants realize for the first time how quietly the pelvis has been carrying the weight and stress of everyday life. Through mindful stretching and meridian massage, the hips—long supporting us without complaint—are finally given space to release, while deep-seated tension and stagnation in the lower body gradually begin to soften.

As the body becomes more awakened, the next step is a warm and nurturing abdominal oil ritual.

Passionate about botanical essential oils, teacher 77 created a blend inspired by Ayurvedic practice, using warming sesame oil as the base, combined with lime, clary sage, and rose geranium. The aroma feels both fresh and comforting. With gentle massage and the warmth of touch, relaxation slowly radiates from the abdomen to the pelvis, inviting the body into a deeper state of ease.

The experience concludes with a restorative sound bath meditation. The low-frequency resonance of 22 singing bowls flows softly through the space, moving through every corner of the body like a gentle sonic scan—gradually gathering the scattered body and mind back into the present moment.
