營區位於臺東成功麒麟部落，面臨寬廣的太平洋，背有壯闊的海岸山脈 附近景點：三仙台、新港漁港（漁市）、小丑魚主題館（水族生態展示館）、比西里岸、都歷沙灘（天空之鏡）、東管處、東河舊橋、泰源幽谷、玉長公路（國家風景區）、玉溫泉．．．．
生活機能：本營區離成功鎮上僅5分鐘車程，生活補給便利。
本營區有帳篷出租、用品租借等服務
