台東宏隆米絞青旅 mi'gau hostel 台東縣合法民宿：919號

坐落在台11乙往台東大橋方向，民國六十四年的舊碾米廠，串聯著後山的土

米絞，是碾米廠的俗稱，臺語唸作bí-ká，客語則唸作mi’gau。

在1920-1970年的台灣農村，每個庄頭幾乎都有自己的米絞，蒐集各戶農家的熟穀，精碾成米，並兼具加工、販售的功能。透過機器的運轉，將土地、生活、人情交織成綿密的網。

鄰近台東大橋的「宏隆碾米廠」，是客家人彭武嶔先生於民國六十年代所創。在歷經產業轉型的短暫停歇後，從昔日的糧食基地，轉型成為孕育精神糧食的文創空間，結合青年旅館、藝文展覽、設計交流的功能，持續碾出屬於米絞的故事。
