Dear Future Guests,

Here are some reminders and simple rules. Please have time to read this. Thank You.

◇Independent Living
● Treat the house as your own but please always make sure to use the equipments and appliances with care.
● The owner of the house also work during the day. Expect that no one is always there to immediately assist you in your needs. But our lines of communication are always open. Feel free to ask every details that you wanted to know.

◇Amenities
●Rooms except for solo traveler room are airconditioned
●Basic Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and small towels) Bath towels are also available but with an additional fee. We suggest that you bring your own bath towels.
××We have no lift but the stairs are not that high and rooms are located on second and third floor only.

◇Dining and Kitchen Rules
● No food allowed at any rooms. Only bottled water are allowed inside the rooms.
●Our dining area is located at First Floor.
● The use of kitchen utensils are free of use but please make sure to wash, clean and return it in its place. Do not leave the area untidy.
● If you need to use the stove for your cooking an additional of 50nt$ is required.

◇Breakfast are no more available in our package starting February 2020. But if you want to have one. Please notify us so we can prepare ahead of time. Breakfast fee are not included in our daily rate so expect an additional fee for it.

◇Please be noted that we are located at residential area that neighbors are locals here, they are also working during the day and rest at night. We shall respect their privacy and also their right to have a peaceful neighborhood. Avoid making loud sound from 10pm to 5am. Shower heater also produce loud noise so please make use of it before 10PM.

◇Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the house.

◇Make sure to lock the doors when you leave and bring important things with you especially your passports anytime. We will not be held liable for any lost. Please be responsible for your own accord.
