Job title:chef
We are looking for a chef proficient and creative in all aspects of food preparation. You will be the head and maintain complete control of the kitchen.
Responsibilities
Plan food preparation and culinary activities.
Modify and create new menus that meet standards.
Estimate food requirements and cost.
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems and complaints
Give prepared plates a final touch
Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition regulations
Keep time and records
Maintain a positive professional approach with co workers and customers
Requirements
2 years experience as a chef
Excellent record if kitchen management
Ability to spot and resolve problems
Capable of multitasking
Keep cooking trends and practices
