Are you were wondering where to get the perfect workout this week? Well look no further. Our personal trainer will maximize your workouts. Here are a few of his tips:
-limit your workouts to 30-40 minutes.
-hydrate throughout the day
-eat enough protein to rebuild your muscles during your workout
-pick a cardio exercise you enjoy (zumba perhaps)
-come on over and get the best from him ;-)
